Official “Win A Free Year of Internet” Rules

No Purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter to win this sweepstakes. Making a purchase will not improve entrant’s odds of winning.
Promotion Description:
Enter to win free internet for a year by registering and placing a front yard sign on your lawn. The winner of the promotion will receive free internet for a year and it will be applied as a monthly credit on the customer account and credit amount is based on what customer payed for previous 12 months of service. Monthly credit will be based on the All-Out rate, and will not exceed customer rate if lower. If not already on our All-Out plan, customer who wins will be moved to our All-Out internet service. New customer will be placed on All-Out internet service. During random selection, homes must be displaying the contest yard sign in order to be eligible and selected as the winner of the promotion.
Eligibility:
Open to new and existing residential accounts, 18 or older, who reside in the Nsight Telservices service area.Applies to residential accounts only, does not apply to small home office accounts, corporate, large business, or enterprise accounts. Only 1 entry per serviceable address. Duplicate entries will be removed. Not open to employees of Nsight Telservices, Nsight or Cellcom or immediate family members of employees, its authorized dealers, agents or retailers or their respective affiliates or advertising/promotional agencies.
Current customer must be in good standing or will forgo wining and a new random winner will be selected. Prior customers are eligible but must have also maintained "good standing" when they had our service or will forgo wining and a new random winner will be selected.
** ENTRANT ACCEPTS**
Nsight to validate serviceability of winner-elect’s address prior to finalizing agreement. In the event the address is not serviceable, for any reason, entrant forgoes winning and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
To enter:
Between June 14th, 2017 and August 15, 2017, do the following:
(1.) Register with an Nsight Telservices representative: First/Last Name, Address, Phone number, email and best contact method if selected as the winner.

(2.) Entrant picks up yard sign and displays, in front yard, yard sign showcasing "Your home went All-Out to win free Internet"
(3.) Winner from each market will be selected randomly in October 2017, Nsight Telservices will confirm yard sign is in the winner’s front yard and winner will be notified.
Ways to Register:
Contact Nsight Telservices by phone at 800-826-5215, by speaking with qualified staff in-person, or by visiting your local Nsight Telservices store.
Ways to pick up yard sign:
Yard signs may be picked up at your local Nsight Telservices Store, by technicians on-site for installs or by other methods as determined by Nsight. Nsight will not mail, ship or deliver yard signs for the sole purpose of sign delivery.
All entries regardless of method of entry must be received by 11:59:59 pm. (CDT) on August 15, 2017. Nsight Telservices is not responsible for incomplete or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. Submitting an entry in a manner described above will equal one (1) entry. Only one entry per person per contest is allowed.
Prizes:
The prizes are expressly limited to the items listed below and do not include taxes or other expenses. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.

Winners will be notified via the entry method designated in the Promo Code Registration. By entering this contest, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges which shall be final. Only 1 entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and there is no prize substitution. Prize will be forfeited if not claimed by 11/30/2017. Winner may be required to show proof of identification, including Social Security number and must sign a standard promotional release.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the sweepstakes.

Nsight Telservices reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes at any time. Nsight Telservices reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Nsight Telservices, any sponsors, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, and damages, which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this sweepstakes, or arising directly or indirectly from the prize or use of the prize. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Nsight Telservices cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. Submissions containing content that is defamatory, obscene, inappropriate, or contains content owned by a third party are prohibited.
By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants consent to the royalty-free use of their names, submissions, voice, photos and or/likenesses, and the fact that entrant is a winner, for promotional purposes in Nsight determined mediums such as, social media, radio, print and digital, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
