Chicken Tic Tac Toe

WILDWOOD CASINO

September 4 through November 4, 2017

  1. Wildwood Casino will host a promotion from September 4 through November 4, 2017.
  2. Players 21 years of age or older with an active Club Wild card are eligible.
  3. Players can participate for free once each week by swiping their card at the MGT Kiosk and receiving a participation slip.
  4. Players may receive additional participation slips by the following:
  5. Redeeming related Wildwood promotions as issued by the casino
  6. Receiving special VIP participation entries from a casino host
  7. From September 4 through September 30 One (1) entry for every One Hundred(100) base points earned on their Club Wild card.
  8. Players may only earn a maximum of three additional participations per day.
  9. From October 1 through November 4 One (1) entry for every Two Hundred Fifty (250) base points earned on their club wild card.
  10. Players may only earn a maximum of three additional participations per day.
  11. Players can only redeem their participation slip between 2pm and 10pm. Participation slips are valid for 24 hours. Expired participation slips will not be honored.

Tic Tac Toe Participation

  1. Participants will play a game of Tic Tac Toe against a live chicken. To win players must complete a Tic Tac Toe (3 of the same symbol in a straight vertical, horizontal or diagonal line) before the chicken.
  2. Ties (neither the chicken nor the participant completing a Tic Tac Toe) do not count as a win.
  3. The chicken will win if it completes a Tic Tac Toe prior to the participant.
  4. If the player wins they will receive a spin on the prize wheel for a chance to win one of the following prizes (note: prizes may change throughout the promotion):

  6. T-Shirts
  7. Merchandise
  8. All participants will receive an entry into a consolation prize drawing.

Consolation Prize Drawing

  1. Players who participate between September 4 and September 29 will be eligible for the Consolation prize drawing on September 30 at 10:30pm. Players who participate between September 30 and November 3 will be eligible for the Consolation prize drawing on November 4 at 10:30pm.
  2. Each player who participates in the promotion during that month will receive one (1) entry into the consolation drawing for that month. To be eligible for the drawing players must activate their entry between 6pm and 10pm on the day of the drawing.
  3. If a winner’s name is announced and they do not report properly within the time allotted, another name will be drawn and the new winner’s name announced and given two (2) minutes to properly report. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.
  4. The winner of the September 30 Consolation Drawing will receive $2,500 in Wild Loot or Promo Chips (winner’s choice).
  5. The winner of the November 4 Consolation Drawing will receive $5,000 in Wild Loot or Promo Chips (winner’s choice).

Top 5 Winners

  1. Participants are also eligible for the promotion ending prizes based on how many times they win playing Chicken Tic Tac Toe. The top 5 participants (based on number of times they won a Tic Tac Toe game) will receive the following prizes:
  2. First Prize (most wins) = $1000 in Wild Loot or Promo Chips
  3. Second Prize (2nd most wins) = $750 in Wild Loot or Promo Chips
  4. Third Prize (3rd most wins) = $500 in Wild Loot or Promo Chips
  5. Fourth Prize (4th most wins) = $250 in Wild Loot or Promo Chips
  6. Fifth Prize (5th most wins) = $100 in Wild Loot or Promo Chips
  7. Winners account numbers will be posted from November 5th through November 18th and can claim their prize at any point during that time.
  8. Unclaimed prizes will not be reissued.

Restrictions

  1. Must be 21 to participate.
  2. Must have a Wildwood Club Wild card and valid ID.
  3. Must be present to win.
  4. This promotion is not open to Wildwood Casino employees or immediate family members residing in the same household of employees.
  5. Prize players may be required to sign a release form acknowledging that Wildwood Casino has the right to broadcast and/or publicize his/her name, likeness, voice or picture and the fact that he/she has won a certain prize without payment or any compensation for a period of one year.
  6. Participation is an agreement to waive any and all claims against Wildwood Casino, their affiliates, employees, agents and representatives for personal injury or loss which may occur from the participation in this promotion or from the receipt or use of any prize.
  7. Players are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes relative to the prizes. Players of all prizes associated with this promotion will be required to give Wildwood Casino their social security number, legal name, present address, phone number and driver’s license number for tax record keeping purposes. Players of all prizes over $100 will be required to sign an income tax information release stating the total value of the prize won.
  8. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time and will make the final decision in any disputes.
  9. Wild Loot is Wildwood’s term for non-cashable downloadable credits.
