Please note that receipt of application does not guarantee a stand at the event. All applications received will be subjected to approval by the event organisers. We will be in contact with you to approve or deny, within 7 days of receipt of your application.
In order to be considered, you must submit the following information with this application:
●Insurance Policy Copy (€6.5m Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability)
●HSE registration as a Stallholder (in date at 1st November 2017)
●Payment in full (invoice will be issued once your application has been approved.)
It is a legal requirement for all Food Vendors to be registered with the Environmental Health Office, The Dept of Agriculture, Food and Marine or the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority. Please ensure to contact the Wexford Environmental Health Office prior to the festival - Tel: 053 9123522 (and ask for the Environmental Health Dept) or Email:

CRITERIA FOR “QUAYSIDE” VENDORS/STALLHOLDERS

Please read carefully and retain a copy for your information

❏Trading Times are as follows;

Time of Arrival:

❏All stalls must be open and ready to trade at these times & must be packed up by 7pm on the final day.

❏Stallholders must ensuretheir stalls are secured/dismantled each day for security purposes.

❏Stallholders retain 100% of sales income.

❏Stallholders must comply with all HSE requirements for food handling and vending on site.

❏Stallholders must comply with all relevant food safety, health, safety & fire regulations.

❏Stallholders must bring a first aid kit to meet risk applicable to their stall.

❏For prepared food vendors spaces will be allocated by the organisers and preference will be given to those who use ingredients that are produced or processed locally, and will then be allocated to neighbouring areas thereafter.

❏Vendors must supply their own cooking and refrigeration equipment along with utensils and packaging.

❏Electrical appliances to be used MUST be specified on the application form and cannot change without notification to the organisers, at least one week before the event.

❏If your product does not require a large space, please let us know if you are willing to share with someone and we will try and match you up. N/B: whether you share or use a small table the “fees” remain the same.

❏Please note that the organiser’s decision is final. Traders must produce, or add value to, everything they are selling.

❏Due to unprecedented demand, we cannot guarantee that previous participants in the Food Market will be allocated a space.

❏A company employee familiar with all products must be on site throughout the event. This would preferably be the producer.

❏The Ross Food & Craft Fest aims to recreate a real market feel and the companies present must reflect this. The organizers reserve the right to restrict the number of stallholders in a particular product category in order to ensure that a wide variety of food & crafts is on offer at the market. This is in the interest of all traders, to ensure adequate trade for all; a wide variety of foods will also make the market more appealing to the public.

❏Please note that in the best interest of the market, there is a limit to the number of companies in each of the following food categories.

BAKERY (Breads, cakes, buns, tarts, etc)
MEAT (Fresh, processed, cured etc)
DAIRY (Cheese, yoghurts, smoothies, etc)
BEVERAGES (Juices, dry teas, dry coffees etc)
CONFECTIONERY (Chocolates, sweets, biscuits, etc.)
FISH PRODUCTS (Smoked, fresh, pates, shellfish etc) / CONDIMENTS/PRESERVES/OILS (Jams, sauces, chutneys, honeys, oils etc)
STREET FOOD (food prepared or cooked at the stall, ready to eat)
ETHNIC FOOD (non-Irish food originating from a specific heritage or culture, such as Indian, Italian, Greek food etc.)

Please Read Carefully:-

  • Stands will not be considered reserved until the full 3 day stand fee has been received.
  • All stand holders will be advised of the location of their stands approximately 2 weeks prior to the Festival. Requests for location will be noted but not guaranteed as similar products will not be placed together.
  • Cancellation Policy:In the event of cancellation you must notify the organisers in writing by 1.00pm

on Wednesday 21st June 2017. On receipt of this notification you will be fully reimbursed. N/B: If notification of cancellation is not received on time the organisers reserve the right to retain 20% of fees.

  • Site Restrictions

Vans MUST vacate trading area by 9.30am daily

No Vehicle Access during trading hours

Festival Organisers, Council Officers, and Security & Gardaí reserve the right to inspect Stands at any time and request presentation of all documentation.

Please dispose of all rubbish on a daily basis and ensure that no rubbish is left at stand after final pack-up
