Congratulations, you’re entered in the above Agility trial. Please review the confirmation information and notify me by email or mail immediately of any changes or modifications that need to be made. Please check my website: WWW.FASTTIMESAGILITY.COM. In addition, for your convenience, we will be posting trial results to the website shortly after the trial – please check the results.
There WILL be an official measurer. Mark Sjogren will be the VMO If the “Will dog need to be measured? says YES, you will have to “check-in” in the morning and tell them you have a valid permanent height card or valid temporary measurement slip or be measured by the one of the judges. DO NOT RISK A Q – GET MEASURED BEFORE RUNNING. It is now the exhibitor’s responsibility to get their dog measured and to know the jump height card rules. AKC will check this data and you will lose a Q if you do not get measured before running. The Jump Height Card rules are in EVERY PREMIUM – please be sure you have read them and understand them!
You may request move ups by emailing them to , via facsimile transmission to 888-521-1706 or in writing to Fast Times at 125 Hope Road, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724-3008. VERBAL MOVE UPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED. If you are entered in multiple trials, you need to send a separate move-up request for EACH Trial AND EACH DOG.

NO EXHIBITOR or VENDOR SETUP IN THE CRATING AREA UNTIL SATURDAY AT 6 AM. The crating area ring is being used for another activity on Friday night.
Saturday and Sunday - Site is open 6.00 a.m.
Measuring: 7- 7:15 am for ALL dogs without a valid height card. (held again before each novice class and through-out the day based on judge availability).
Worker check-in: Please check in with the volunteer coordinator 10 minutes before the start of the class you are working. See the schedule below for approximant start times.

TRIAL SITE RULES
§ NO DOGS ALLOWED TO “POTTY” IN THE BUILDING. Failure to observe this rule is subject to a bench hearing and immediate excusal from the trial for the balance of the trial days.
§ NO DOGS ON THE GRASS SOCCER FIELD that is right outside the building.
§ There will be designated “potty” areas – please be sure you use them.
§ NO DOGS OFF LEASH INSIDE OR OUTSIDEexcept in the ring or practice jump areas.
§ No exhibitor chairs, crates, or coolers allowed inside the Main glass enclosed ring area except where noted below. Handicapped exhibitors will be given signs for their chairs that list the classes/jump heights that they are running in. Chairs must be folded up off to the side during other classes/jump heights.
§ Regular personal chairs will be allowed inside the main building but just not INSIDE the enclosed glass area where the actual rings are
§ Because of the tight space in crating area NO PERSONAL CHAIRS in crating area.
§ No x-pens in crating area unless approved by the trial chair.
§ SITE WILL BE CLOSED AND LOCKED within 60 minutes after the last run each day. No admittance to the site after that time
§ PARKING: Loading and unloading ONLY in front of the main entrance. Do not leave your vehicle unattended in the loading and unloading area. No Parking in this area. All vehicles, trailers, vans, and RV’s must be parked in designated areas; NO “DAY PARKING” FOR RVs ALLOWED. NO RVs allowed unless they have reservations to park in the front car parking area. RVs with reservations can only park in the designated RV area. Vehicles not in compliance with parking rules will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
§ Limited Handicapped car/van parking please arrive early to obtain a spot.
§ Please be considerate of the public restrooms. Trash cans are placed there for proper disposal of paper products.
§ SORRY – Dogs are not allowed in any restrooms at any time. Please crate your dog or have someone hold your dog for you while using the restroom.
§ YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOR DOG. Please carry the appropriate supplies and keep the trial site clean.
§ Hotels: Dogs should not be left unattended in the hotel. Reports of barking dogs left unattended in the hotel OR OTHER BEHAVIOR DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT MAY be subject to a bench hearing. You must clean up after your dogs at the hotel. Please remember that the hotel is considered an extension of the trial site by AKC and as such can be subject to Event Committee hearings.

Please note: ALL the times after the first walk-thru are approximate – DO NOT wait and arrive close to the time listed We are not responsible if you show up late because you thought the class would not start until the times shown below. Please remember that by mid-day – the times may be as much as ¾-1 ¼ hours off. These times are only approximations - Neither the Judges or the Club will be held to anything other than the start times for the first class of the day.
NOVICE AND OPEN CLASSES take precedence over EXCELLENT CLASSES. JUDGE’S BRIEFINGS WILL ONLY BE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH CLASS – NOT BEFORE EACH JUMP HEIGHT!
For those with conflicts, you are asked to please walk the courses with an EARLIER height group if the conflict would mean you can’t walk with your height class. You can also run at the end of the earlier height group or at the beginning of your height group instead of at the end. We realize that handlers with multiple dogs will have some conflicts. Please do not mark a conflict in the Novice, Open, or T2B classes – they take precedence over the Exc classes
