Omar Robinson, General Manager

Omar Robinson joined the Round Hill team in 2003 as the property’s resident manager. He then served as director of operations before beingnamed general manager in 2007. Fully dedicated to promoting tourism to Jamaica, Omar has served as the co-chairman of the Montego Bay Chapter of the Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association from 2007 – 2010 and was recently named chairman of the organization for 2010 - 2011. Prior to Round Hill, Omar worked at numerous Jamaican resorts including Sandals Ocho Rios Resort and was the resident manager at Beaches Sandy Bay Resort in Negril. Omar received his masters in hospitality management at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Chef Martin Ian Maginley, Executive Chef

Chef Martin Ian Maginley came to Round Hill from his position as executive chef at SuperClubs, Grand Lido Negril Resort & Spa where he enriched the culinary experience throughout the property’s seven dining outlets. Prior to his executive chef position, he served as executive sous chef at The Grand Lido and sous chef at Four Seasons Regent Hotel in Toronto, Canada. Maginley graduated from George Brown College in Toronto, where he also completed his apprenticeship. He has appeared on national television, including live demonstrations on such programs as The Today Show, Fox 5 Morning Show, NBC Chicago, Montreal Global TV and many moreand has been featured in national publications such as Food & Wine and Caribbean Travel & Life. Chef Martin also helped to create the highly successful "Epicurean Escape" in association with Food & Wine.

John D. Bradway, Director of Marketing

John Bradway joined Round Hill Hotel & Villas from the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona where he served as director of revenue. Prior to Montelucia, John spent 13 years at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida, where he served in numerous capacities including director of marketingand director of innovation. Throughout his tenure at The Breakers, John led the company’s marketing initiatives to completely and successfully reposition the resort and regain its status as one of the premier luxury destinations in North America. John attended the prestigious School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
