A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in loving memory and honor of Pageant Bowling Tucker.
With deepest respect and admiration, we pay homage and tribute to Pageant Bowling Tucker, and we pause in silent reverence for her soul.
WHEREAS, Pageant Bowling Tucker was born on January 12, 1970, a native of Pike County, Kentucky, and she traversed these earthly bounds on February 21, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Pageant Bowling Tucker was the loving daughter of Roy and Phyllis Bowling of Caney; she was the devoted wife of Ricky Tucker; she was the adored sister of a brother, Greg Bowling, and his wife Tennille of Lexington; she was the loving niece of five aunts, Sue Wright, Thelma Newsome, Jennifer Webb, Trula Fields, and Sheila Blackburn, and five uncles, Draxel Bowling, Eddie Coleman, Randal Bowling, Mason Bowling, and Jerry Bowling; and she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Charles and Pansy Newsome, and her paternal grandparents, Uhlen and Dixie Bowling, and an uncle, Freddie Bowling; and
WHEREAS, Pageant Bowling Tucker was a photo lab manager at Wal-Mart in Pikeville, and her funeral service was held on February 25, 2003, at the Caney Creek Old Regular Baptist Church, with burial in the Dixie Bowling Cemetery at Caney; and
WHEREAS, the premature passing of Pageant Bowling Tucker has left a void that cannot be filled, and she is mourned across the length and breadth of the Commonwealth;
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

Section 1. The Senate does hereby express its profound sense of sorrow upon the premature passing of Pageant Bowling Tucker, and extends to her family and friends its most heartfelt sympathy.
Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day, it does so in loving memory and honor of Pageant Bowling Tucker.
Section 3. The Clerk of the Senate is hereby directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to Mr. Ricky Tucker, 534 Hopkins Fork Road, Pikeville, Kentucky 41501.
