The Berol-Shindell Scholarship has been established at the Hillel Foundation for Jewish Life at the University of Washington. Tri-Cities Sports Officials Association

Football officials that are members of the TriCities Sports Officials Association want to invite interested graduating football players from the schools we service to apply for our annual scholarship opportunity. We are looking for graduating seniors who will be attending a college or trade school next year and would be interested in receiving scholarship assistance from the football officials who have worked their games. The criteria for the scholarship are straightforward. The student needs to be a senior who played football during his senior year at one of the schools that our association services. It is not necessary that they be one of the star players on the team. Rather, we look to financial need, leadership as evidenced by participation in sports or community service, sportsmanship and well-rounded academic performance.
