Registration Fee: The Meeting Fee covers the cost of meeting materials, meeting coordination, conference facilities, presentations and handouts on a USb stick or printed binder, and also includes a daily continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches (Monday & Tuesday), and welcome receptions (Monday & Tuesday evenings).

Cancellation Policy: Registrations can be transferred to another person. If you must cancel, notify the MUG via Karen Miller in writing, by December 11, 2009, to receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee. No refunds after December 11, 2009.

Ì HOTEL REGISTRATION

Hotel Registration is the responsibility of the Attendee. Conference and Hotel Registrations are separate. The Marriott Rivercenter is located at 101 Bowie, San Antonio, TX 78205 USA. You must reference the AUG Conference to reserve under the Conference room block. The AUG Steering Committee has secured a special room rate of $209 single/double (plus tax). The room block deadline is December 21, 2009. After this date, rooms and rates are released and cannot be guaranteed. Ì SAN ANTONIO AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle service between the airport and downtown (where the Marriott is located) run regularly – tickets can be purchased at the airport. Taxis are also readily available at the airport. Rental cars are not required and hotel parking is expensive. Many restaurants, sights, and shopping are within walking distance of the hotel.
