Nicole Willemsen, is a classically trained soprano and a third year Voice Performance Major at the University of British Columbia. From a young age Nicole has performed in many musical genres and styles. Nicole teaches voice lessons from her home studio in Maple Ridge as well as at other local music academies.
Nicole has had the honour of competing and representing the Fraser Valley Kiwanis Music Festival at the Performing Arts BC Provincial Festival in both 2014 and 2015.

Nicole's commitment to teach proper singing technique and vocal health, combined with her gifting in teaching has resulted in several of her students achievinglead roles in various theatre productions, winning local musiccompetitions, and singing for the Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Whitecaps.
Nicole has completed her grade 10 voice and grade 6 piano through the Royal Conservatory of Music. Nicole is honoured to be under the tutelage of accomplished music mentors, such as Alison Nystrom (TWU + KPU), Ingrid Suderman, and Dale Throness (UBC + KPU).

South African born soprano; Nicole Willemsen, is a classically trained singer and a third year Voice Performance Major at the University of British Columbia. From a young age Nicole has performed in many musical theatre productions and competed in local music festivals. In her teen years Nicole started training in classical voice, leading her to a passion for both performance and teaching.
Nicole has been teaching voice lessons for the past 6 years from her home studio in Maple Ridge and has also taught at Lindbjerg Academy of Performing Arts in Coquitlam and Pacific Academy in Surrey.
