Camping will be limited to 150 units. All pitches will be pre-allocated & most will be 9m x 9m. Camping from Thursday 17th August. No arrivals before 1300 on the Thursday please and you must leave by 12pm on the Monday unless you have booked to arrive early or stay late. Any show camping enquiries to or 01229 463034. LEAVE A NAME & NUMBER, IM NOT A MINDREADER!!

To assist with administration, please supply the following details:

Name of Handler / EMAIL
Telephone Number / I will email you as soon as I can to let you know if you have camping or are on the reserve list. Last year due to cancellations everyone on the reserve list got camping so be patient if you can.
Priority camping will be given to those people we know will help as we wouldn’t be able to run a show without you.
Type of Unit: (Caravan/Tent/Motor home)
This is important as tents need to be on the end of a row as per the venue’s camping regulations.
Length of unit if over 9m
Name of Club/Group you wish to camp with / Want to come early or stay after the show and explore the Western Lakes? Let us know the days you will want camping for:

We are a small club and would appreciate any help. Please indicate if you are able to help, and the times that you are available or if you are with a club please put CLUB NAME……………………………… If you are helping with a club then you do not need to fill out the bit below as you can work it out the jobs between you all.
