The individual who signs this contract must be the person who is entitled to agree contracts on behalf of your organisation and/or the person who will take responsibility for ensuring that use of the logo accords with this contract.

The contract
Action for Children (“Action for Children”) is the sole owner of the Action for Children supporter logo, a copy of which is set out in the appendix attached to this page (the “Logo”).
1.Action for Children reserves the right to take action against any use of the Logo that does not conform to any of the conditions in this contract, or that infringes any intellectual property or other rights of Action for Children or violates applicable law.
2.You acknowledge that Action for Children is the owner of the Logo and you shall indicate that the Logo is the property of Action for Children by ensuring that you include the “TM” or “R” symbol on any copy of the Logo as indicated in the attached illustration. You shall not dispute or challenge the validity of the Logo or the rights of Action for Children to the Logo whilst this agreement continues. All goodwill associated with the Logo or derived from your use of the Logo will accrue to Action for Children.
3.Use of the logo does not indicate or create any endorsement, approval, sponsorship or affiliation of or with your website or event by Action for Children.
4.Should any third party challenge your use of the Logo you must immediately notify Action for Children and thereafter comply with any instructions given to you by Action for Children (which might include ceasing any further use of the Logo).
5.Action for Children hereby allows you to use the Logo on a non-exclusive basis and within England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Caribbean and, subject to clause 6 below, for the duration of the activity specified above and subject to the following terms and restrictions:
a) The Logo will be used solely for the purpose of generating funds for the benefit of Action for Children and for no other purpose.
b) The Logo shall only be used on material that associated with the activity or event specified in the contract and for the purpose specified above.
c) Use of the Logo to set up any link for your website to our website will always be an active link and comply with any relevant terms in our website terms of use.
d) The Logo will always stand alone and will not be combined with any other graphical elements.
e) The Logo will not be altered in any manner including its proportions, font, design, arrangement, colours or elements or animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance.
f) The Logo will not appear more prominently than your personal, company, product or service website name.
g) The Logo will be displayed in a positive manner and will not be used in any way that adversely affects Action for Children or its reputation.
h) The Logo will not be used so as to create or give the appearance of creating an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, affiliation or recommendation of any product or service by Action for Children.
Action for Children takes no responsibility for the content of external internet sites. The existence of a link from any organisation's site to the Action for Children site does not imply that Action for Children endorses the activities or views of that organisation. You shall not use the Logo so as create an impression of such an endorsement and if you use the Logo in this way you shall ensure that your website terms of use include a term which reflects this clause.
6. Action for Children may at any time terminate your right to use the logo in accordance with these terms by giving you one months’ notice in writing. If you do not comply with the terms of this contract, Action for Children may (without affecting any other right or remedy) terminate this contract immediately and you shall cease all use of the Logo.
7. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
