St. Theresa gala is our premiere fundraising event. Philanthropic opportunities include project underwriting, table sponsorships, and auctions (both live and silent). Auctions will be held on the night of the event and underwriters may make monetary donations (in any amount and at any time) in person, via mail, and on our website.
What is theGala?
For many years, the St. Theresa community, with the leadership of many wonderful long time parishioners, has organized a night of fun and fundraising benefiting both our church and school.
What happens at the Gala?
We will meet at the Omni Hotel for a catered dinner with an open bar. There is a large Silent Auction, a Big Board, a Live Auction, Music and plenty of time and room for dancing. Dress is typically business or black tie, depending on the theme for the event. This year the theme is Havana Nights, we encourage colorful formal attire.
How does the parish and school benefit?
Individuals and business entities who buy tables, buy individual seating, provide underwriting, and donate auction items may choose to direct their tax deductible donation to the church, our school or both (each donation form has a designation option). Simply, the more donations and the more auction items solicited by parishioners and school parents, the more money we raise to benefit our Parish and School ministries.
