FOUND DEAD IN HER BED Miss Patience Young, of Queen St., Hintonburg. WAS NEARLY EIGHTY YEARS OF AGE.

Death Due to Natural Causes. Leaves Two Nephews in Hintonburg.

Miss Patience Young, an aged lady living alone at 13 Queen street, Hintonburg, was found dead in bed yesterday afternnon by her nephew, Wm. Young, and Constable Graham, of Hintonburg.

The old lady had visited at a Mrs. Cockland's on the same street as she lived the night before and the last person who saw her alive probably was George Cockland, a boy who went home with her about nine that night. Next morning it was noticed she was not up when the boy who generally leaves the milk called with it, though she is generally an early riser. In the afternoon Mrs. William Young, who was related to her, also noticed that the door was locked. Thinking this strange Mr. Young notified Constable Graham. He came there and getting into the house and going up stairs they found the old women lying on a bed dead.

She had not been in very good health lately and as she is between 75 and 80 years of age there is nothing remarkable in her sudden death.

Coroner Baptie was summoned and made enquiries; but it is unlikely that there will be any inquest as there is apparently nothing to point to there having been any neglect or foul play.

The deceased leaves one brother, William Young, of Goulbourne, a half brother, Thomas Young, of Maniwaki; two half sisters, Mrs. Geo. Graham of Florence, and Mrs. Joseph Dawson.

William Young and Joseph Young of Hintonburg, are nephews of the deceased.
