Partnerships are an essential component of the UP Program. Leveraging community partners to work towards the sustainability of this project is important.
Urban Partnership initiatives or projects must demonstrate one of more of the following partnership commitments in their project:
1)A partner or other stakeholder committed to continuing funding support to the project or initiative after the Urban Aboriginal Strategy provides short-term bridge or phased-approach funding

Cashflows:

Please complete the Cashflow and submit an excel file version as well as a signed pdf required. Your cashflow needs to show the actual expenditures for the project, and should line up with the audit that you will be submitting as soon as it is done.

*Remember that five (5) photos must be submitted as separate .jpeg files with your final report. This means they can not be copied into a word document, but submitted in the original file format. Short details of each photo can be provided in email message.’

Each listed partner must complete a partner survey. It is important that you follow up with them to confirm they have completed the survey on time.

This survey will be on the UP website by March 17th, 2017
