I, the flower farmer, wish to provide you with fresh, local, seasonal flowersand you, the subscriber, wish to receive a portion of my harvest. This agreement outlines our sharedcommitments to that relationship.
As a subscriber, you will receive a weekly bouquet or bucket of specialty cut garden flowers. Your flowers will be cut and delivered every Thursday and typically last 5 to 10 days. The season will begin June 23rd and run thru Sept. 8th(Depending upon weather conditions). This is a total of 12 weeks. Flowers will be delivered to your home or business location every Thursday between 3:30 – 7:00pm. Subscribers do not need to be home at time of delivery. Buckets or vases of flowers will be left at your front door or designated spot.
Half season subscriptions for a total of 6 weeks are available too. With the 6 week option, you may choose to have your flowers delivered every other week or pick the weeks that you would prefer your deliveries.
Subscriptions can be shared among friends and family. If you cannot use your week’ssubscription, you may arrange for a friend or family member to use it. If you wish to change your drop site, you must notify the farm at least two days before your scheduled delivery. Delivery drop sites must be within the immediate Belgrade-Brooten-New London-Spicer-Willmar area.Your responsibility includes returning the vase or bucket the following week at delivery time.

I will do my best to respond as soon as possible, but please understand that I spend most of my time in the field growing your flowers and not at my desk.Please contact me with any news of the following: changes to your postal or email address, changes to your drop-site location, or dissatisfaction with your subscription.
I will communicate with you by phone or e-mail. When you sign up, you will be added to my distribution list. I depend on being able to communicate important information such as necessary changes to your distribution schedule or to our farm events. I promise to do my best to provide fresh and beautiful flowers each week.
By signing below, you agree to purchase the subscription membershipindicatedbelow. You understand that, although unlikely, the farm may change parts of this agreement related to production and distribution from time to time. You understand that I will contact you via e-mail or phone in advance of any changes to this agreement.
