Financial Aid:
Limited financial assistance is available to families who would not otherwise be able to participate in our program. Need for assistance is evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to apply for financial aid, please attach your most recent W2. We will contact you for more information as needed.
Required Paperwork:
Please attach any 2 of the following with your completed application: school transcript, IQ test report, copies of achievement and/or above-level testing, academic recommendation, GIEP, GWR/RR, or student portfolio. We may contact you for more information if needed. If you do not have any of the above paperwork/tests, please contact our office to discuss alternative options for admission. We are here to help!
Payment and Refund Policy:
All class fees include materials unless otherwise stated. Once a student is accepted, full payment is due by February 14, 2015, either by check or electronic payment. A late fee of $15 will be added to all accounts that are not paid in full by the due date. Students with unpaid balances will not be permitted to attend the class.
Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum enrollment is not met. In the event a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified and your full payment for the course will be refunded, or applied to a different course if you prefer. Classes are designed for students who are interested in attending and in conducting themselves in an appropriate manner. Inappropriate behavior will be discussed with the parent and may result in dismissal from class without a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued except in the case of a medical excuse. If a student must drop out of a class for medical reasons, please make a written request for a refund and include a letter from your child’s doctor. Tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis.
