  • Coordinated the UHDS student ambassador tour-guide program. Hired, trained, and reviewed the work of 12-16 undergraduate student employees each academic year.
  • Supervised one half-time graduate assistant and one full-time classified staff.
  • Distributed, collected, gathered, and interpreted comprehensive assessment efforts for the department and produced a quarterly report for all UHDS staff members and university administration.
  • Wrote copy and conducted usability testing for the department web site.
  • Coordinated and moderated focus groups to gather feedback about dining services.
  • Wrote all press releases for local and national media.
  • Active member of the department’s leadership group.
