Hoi-Jun Yoo:

Prof. Hoi-Jun Yoo is the full professor of Department of Electrical Engineering at KAIST and the director of SDIA(System Design Innovation and Application Research Center). He is an IEEE Fellow, a member of the executive committee of ISSCC, Symposium on VLSI, and A-SSCC. He was the TPC Co-Chair of ISWC 2010, IEEE Distinguished Lecturer('10-'11), and Asia Chair of ISSCC(‘10-‘11) and Vice TPC Chair of ISSCC 2014

Jae-Youl Lee:

Prof. Jae-Youl Lee is a principal engineer of Samsung Electronics and has been leading developments of high speed serial interfaces for display driver ICs from 2004. He is the chair of Far East Regional Subcommittee in ISSCC 2015. From 1999 to 2003, he was with a DRAM design group at Hynix Semiconductor and designed a family of SDRAMs. He received Ph. D. degree in materials science and engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 1999."

Makoto Ikeda:

Makoto Ikeda received his BE, ME, and PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 1991, 1993, and 1996, respectively. He is currently an associate professor at both VDEC and EE department of the University of Tokyo. His research interests include smart image sensor design and high-speed, and real-time 3D capture with the smart image sensors, and dependable digital circuits designs. He has served program committee members of ISSCC, VLSI Circuits Symposium, A-SSCC, ICCAD, ICFPT, FPL, ISQED and COOL Chips, and he also serves as FE Regional Committee Vice Chair, and Executive Committee member of ISSCC and TPC Chair of COOL Chips.

Atsuki Inoue:

Prof. Atsuki Inoue received the B.E., M.E. and PhD degree in electrical engineering from Tokyo University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1983, 1985 and 1988 respectively. He is currently a Principal Researcher of ICT System Laboratories of Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd., Kawasaki, Japan. He is serving as a secretary of Far East Regional Committee of ISSCC 2015.

Seng-Pan U:

Prof. Seng-Pan U (Ben) received joint Ph.D. degree from the University of Macau (UM) and the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), Portugal in 2002. He is currently Professor and Deputy Director of State-Key Lab. of Analog & Mixed-Signal VLSI of UM. He is the co-founder of Chipidea Microelectronics (Macau), Ltd. (currently Synopsys Macau Ltd). He is also currently IEEE SSCS Distinguished Lecturer (2014-2015), TPC of ISSCC, A-SSCC, VLSI-DAT, RFIT and Editorial Board member of Springer journal AICSP.

Woogeun Rhee:

Prof. Woogeun Rhee received the B.S. degree from Seoul National University in 1991, the M.S. degree from the UCLA, in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in 2001. From 1997 to 2001, he was with Conexant Systems as a Principal Engineer. From 2001 to 2006, he was with IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center. In August 2006, he joined the faculty at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Dr. Rhee is currently an Associate Editor for IEEE JSSC and also a TPC member for the IEEE ISSCC, A-SSCC, and VLSI-DAT.

Zhihua Wang:

Prof. Wang Zhihua is currently deputy director of Tsinghua University Microelectronics and Nano Electronics Department, deputy director of Institute of Microelectronics; He is the Deputy Secretary General of China Semiconductor Industry Association IC Design Branch, the vice president of China Institute of Communications ASIC branch and Beijing Semiconductor Industry Association. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Journal of Biomedical Circuits and Systems and IEEE Circuits and Systems –II. He is also a International Solid-State and Integrated Circuit Technology Conference members (ICSICT) Technical Committee, etc.

Lei Bi:

Lei Bi is Professor of Dept. of Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). He received his B.S. and M.S. degree in Tsinghua University in 2004 and 2006 respectively, both in Materials Science and Engineering. He received his Ph.D. in MIT in 2011, with his thesis focusing on developing magneto-optical thin films for on-chip optical isolator applications. Dr. Bi's research interest is in novel oxide thin films and integrated photonic devices. He has co-authored 25 refereed journal publications and hold 1 US patent. He is currently a member of SPIE, MRS and IEEE.

Zhijun Liu:

Zhijun Liu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2000 and 2003, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University, NJ, USA in 2008. Since October 2013, he has been a professor in the School of Optoelectronic Information at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu. He was awarded Honorific Fellowship at Princeton University in 2008, and Chinese National 1000 Plan for Young Talents in 2013. His current research interests are mid-infrared and terahertz optoelectronics.

Qiang Li:

Prof. Li is graduated from the Nanyang Technological University. 2009 joined the University of Electronic Science and Technology, as a professor, doctoral tutor. 2010 was selected the first batch of University of Electronic Science and Technology "Hundred." SCI journal International Journal of RF and Microwave Computer-Aided Engineering editorial board. Selected for the US Marquis Who's Who in the World, published an article named IEEEXplore Top Documents Accessed.

Kang Kai:

Prof. Kang is elected the first national "1000 Plan for Young Talents " and Sichuan Province "Hundred Plan" in 2011. Has published a monograph in English, published in international journals and conferences on 55, including SCI index 23, EI 44 index were cited 107 times. Held a number of international conferences and Technology Committee and Session Chair, 5th International Conference invited as special reports, and access to the International Conference Best Paper Award for a second. Currently, presided over 973 sub-topics, major national projects, a innovation team to participate in the Ministry of Education plans and five national researches including the National Natural Science Foundation and so on.
