CHIEF BRIEFLY ADDRESSED THE MEMBERSHIP, AND PRESENTED A BEAR PAW TOTEM TO COMMANDER PARIS.

COMMANDER PARIS NOTIFIED THE MEMBERSHIP THAT DEMETERS MANUAL OF PARLIAMENTARY PROCEEDURES WILL BE USED FOR OUR MEETINGST AND FULL, SUPPORT, AND AUXILLIARY MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED COMMUNICATION AND VOTING RIGHTS DURING MEETINGS.

THREE NEW MEMBERS, PHIL SPITALERE,ZEANAS MORRISON, AND RICHARD SWAIN WERE ASKED TO INTRODUCE THEMSELVES, DID SO, AND WERE GIVEN A HEARTY WELCOME.

THE SECRETARY READ THE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING, AND WERE ACCEPTED BY THE COMMANDER.

QUARTERMASTER REPORT: HE HAS A LIST OF EVERTHING WE HAVE, AND SUGGESTS THAT, RATHER THAN PURCHASE FROM THE CVMA NATIONAL SITE, YOU CAN ORDER ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM HIM, AND THE CHAPTER WILL MAKE SOME MONEY ON IT. COMMANDER PARIS SAID THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE QM BECOME A PROFIT CENTER FOR OUR CHAPTER. DET-CORD TURNED OVER T-SHIRTS TO QM.

CHIEF ALSO REPORTED THAT THE HAM &BEAN SUPPER NETTED $634. MONEY WAS TURNED OVER TO SECRETARY UNTIL TREASURER RETURNS.

WEBMASTER REPORT: LOTS OF CHANGES WILL BE COMING TO THE WEBSITE. SHE HAS MADE A N INFORMATION SHEET FOR THE MEMBERS TO USE TO GET INFORMATION TO HER FOR ROGUES GALLERY, AND SHE HAS MADE A MAP OF NH WITH ALL THE PLACES WE HAVE VISITED IN THE STATE. THE COMMANDER TALKED ABOUT OUR WEBSITE, AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE TO HAVE A DIALOG AMONG THE MEMBERS ABOUT THE WEBSITE.

SR. ROAD CAPTAIN REPORT: GOOD INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT RIDE POLICY, HAND SIGNALS, ECT. MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBILE FOR EDUCATING GUESTS ABOUT OUR RIDE POLICY. REMEMBER SEA: SEARCH, EVALUATE, EXECUTE. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!

SECRETARY: MENTIONED THAT THE VETERANS CEMETARY IN BOSCOWAN HAS AN EASY PRE-QUALIFYING PROCESS THAT ALLOWS VETERANS TO PRE-QUALIFY FOR INTERNMENT THERE.

HE ALSO MENTIONED THAT OUR COLOR GUARD IS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS .

POINT OF INFORMATION WAS OFFERED BY JACK R. CONCERNING OUR DONATION CHECK FOR $100.FOR MARY MORRISSON’S ORGANIZATION, AND WILL HAVE MORE INFORMATION WHEN TREEASURER WILLIE W. RETURNS FROM VACATION.

STATE REP: THE DOMINENT CLUB IN GEORGIA AND ALABAMA IS HAVING ISSUES CONCERNING SUPPORT MEMBERS PATCHES, SO FOR NOW, DO NOT WEAR SUPPORT OR AUX PATCHES DOWN THERE.

VERMONT ROLLING THUNDER RIDE WILL BE A SANCTIONED RIDE, AND BOBBY B. WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO SANCTION OUR OWN RIDES.

NEW BUSINESS: NOTHING WAS BROUGHT UP.

GOOD OF THE ORDER: COMMANDER ACKNOWLEGED PAST COMMANDER GORDEN, BETHANY, AND JACK R., AND MENTIONED THAT A PARTY IN THEIR HONOR COULD BE IN THE PLANNING, TIME AND DATE TO BE DETERMINED, AND THAT TOM AND BETTY WILL BE GIVEN MEMENTOS FOR THIE SREVICE.

XO BRETT MENTIONED THAT A SERVICE FOR YODADS DAUGHTER WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE TRINITY CHURCH IN CONCORD ON SAT. MAY 25TH AT 11:00. JUDY P. MENTIONED THAT THE CVMA WILL MEET AT THE VFW AT 10:30, TO PROCEED TO THE CHURCH.

BOBBY B. AND GUNNER WERE BOTH REGOGNISED BY THE COMMANDER FOR THEIR WORK ON THE MOTORCYCLE VALIDATION ISSUES, AND GUNNER WAS GIVEN DOG TAGS BY THE COMMANDER.

DERRY MEMORIAL DAY PARADE IS MONDAY, MAY 25TH, WE HAVE PERMISSION, APPLICATION TO RIDE, COMMITMENT REQUIRED BY MAY 8TH

A QUESTION WAS RAISED ABOUT US PUTTING A GHOST RIDE TOGETHER. IF THE MEMBERS WANT IT THEN PUT IT TOGETHER.

NH VETERAN LOYALTY DAY IS MAY 2ND IN CONCORD, MAY 3RD AT CATHEDRAL OF THE PINES.

MERCHANT MARINE MEMORIAL DEDICATION ON MEMORIAL DAY AT BOSCOWAN

GUEST SPEAKER, TINA WYCOFF, COMMANDER OF THE WOMAN VETERANS OF AMERICA, CH41, AND AN IRAQUI VETERAN, SPOKE ABOUT HER ORGANIZATION , AND MENTIONED THAT ON FRI. JUNE 5TH, THERE IS AN INFORMATIONAL SHARE AT THE RADDISSON HOTEL.
