Keyworkers(x 27) – Stronger Families Programme
Stronger Families is jointly funded by The Big Lottery Fund and the European Social investment fund. Its aim is to promote social inclusion and builds on lessons learnt from the Think Family, ESF Families with Multiple Needs, and Troubled Families programmes.
Salary Scale: £17,222.52- £23,427.96
37 hours per week
Stronger Families Programme
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are skilled in recognising and addressing multiple barriers to employment and have experience in this area of work.
- Have significant experience in assessing and planning interventions for families facing multiple barriers to employment with positive outcomes
- Have the skills to use restorative approaches to help improve the lives of local families and support individuals back to work.
- Have the ability to co-ordinate and manage a caseload and monitor, report and record accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the roles’ requirements.
