TWENTY-SEVENTH HOUSE DISTRICT

Twenty-seventh. Part of Chesterfield County comprised of the Beaufont (513), Crenshaw (414), Crestwood (502), Deer Run (302), Genito (402), Harbour Pointe (401), Huguenot (501), Jacobs (204), La Prade (405), Manchester (409), Monacan (407), Providence (404), Reams (408), S. Manchester (308), Spring Run (316), St. Lukes (212), Wagstaff (410), and Watkins (514) Precincts and parts of the Bailey Bridge (315), Davis (515), and Evergreen (312) Precincts.

Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities.

The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary.

  1. west on Midlothian Turnpike to Ruthers Road
  1. south on Ruthers Road to Elkhardt Road
  1. east on Elkhardt road to Turner Road
  1. southeast on Turner Road to Hull Street Road (U.S. Highway 360)
  1. southwest .16 miles on Hull Street Road to an unnamed legal boundary (part of the western boundary of Manchester (409) Precinct and the eastern boundary of census blocks 510411002061005 through -3018)
  1. south 1.5 miles on the unnamed legal boundary to Belmont Road (State Route 651)
  1. south on Belmont Road to Falling Creek
  1. west on Falling Creek to Newbys Bridge Road (State Route 649)
