New Family – Update / Follow-Up
- 43 new families this year
- 37 new families attended the luncheon
- 27 sponsor families - may need more as families join SPX
Feast Day – Follow-Up
- Activities were FUN
- Some feedback was disappointed with no Jupiter Jump
- Next year thoughts
- Potato sack races, tug a war, kick ball game

Back to School Night Monday
August 28 6 pm – 730 pm Elementary
Tuesday August 29 6 pm – 730 pm Middle School
- Nancy will put together a half sheet with upcoming events and dates
- Few of us will hand out as parents leave church for classrooms
Grandparents Day Friday, September 8th
- Jill has it under control and will let us know if she needs anything
Parent / Teacher Conferences Thursday, September 14th
Friday, September 15th
- Kelli Stone will handle breakfast for the teachers
Fun Day Fall Festival Saturday, October 28th
- Josh, Kelli Stone and Nancy Hillman will work to organize and get the event going
- Viviana will ask HRP to work with teacher and other families to decorate car for trunk or treat.
- class party prize for BEST TRUNK
- Teacher will distribute candy at the trunk or treat area, class car
- We will discuss more during 9/11 meeting

- Nancy will register Lisa as a coordinator on website

- Dupree / Greenhouse Clothing - Brian Schooley spoke about online store and paying back to SPX
⁃ Katie Dale will put together RFP (request for proposal) form and work with Nancy Hillman to look at bids and see if it makes sense to switch
⁃ Everybody in attendance agreed and realizes online is a new necessary.
