By completing this loan agreement, you agree to the following:
- Return materials by due date or contact FLS at 204-235-3986 for an extension.
- Return materials in the same condition as when they were lent out. (Do not write in any resources including workbooks)
- Failure to return loaned materials by the due date may affect future borrowing privileges.
- Pay replacement costs if materials are damaged or lost.
- By borrowing online or by sending loaned resources by mail, you assume all responsibility for loss of or damage to learning materials.
- Completely deactivate Rosetta Stone from your computer by the due date (See user guide for deactivation procedure).
- Failure to deactivate Rosetta Stone may affect future borrowing privileges.
