DRUG PEDDLERWITH SUSPECTED LINKS WITH ISI ARRESTED.
WANTED BY CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT IN THE RECOVERY OF 14.500 Kgms HEROIN AND RED CORNER NOTICE ISSUED AGAINST HIM
The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested a notorious drug peddler Sabir Ali ( age 32 Years ) s/o Noor Mohd @ Noora r/o Mohalla Seikh Jardan Near UCO Bank Kasba & PS Kandhla Mujaffar Nagar UP, who had been residing at Fatima Guest House Near Delhi Gate ,Lahore & Dhram Pura, Lahore , Pakistan for last two years.
INCIDENT
On 26.01.09 Custom officials posted at Attari Border had apprehended Two passengers of Samjhauta Express namely Smt Sadeeqan r/o Kandhla Muzaffar Nagar UP & Akhtar Abbas r/o Bullandsahar UP and recovered 8.320 Kgs & 6.300 Kgs Heroin from their possession respectively. In this regard Customs Department registered a case against them. During the course of investigation one Riazul r/o Mata Sundri Road , Delhi and Zahir Shahn r/o Kabul Afganistan & presently residing at Madan Pur Khadar Sarita Vihar Delhi having a shop in Meena Bazar Jama Masjid Delhi were also arrested being members of this international gang of drug-traffickers. It was also revealed that the supplier of this contraband Heroin was one Sabir Ali r/o Kandhla Mujjaffar Nagar UP, who is operating from LahorePakistan and staying there on tourist visa. Despite best effort made by Customs Department , however Sabir Ali could not be arrested and finally a Red Corner Notice was issued against him by Customs Department.
TEAM AND THE OPERATION
ASI DevenderSingh of SOS Crime Branch had received information that Sabir Ali is hiding in Delhi for his illegal activities, efforts were being made to locate him. On 01.10.09 ASI Devender Singh received an information that Sabir Ali would come at Welcome Metro Station at around 3 PM. On this information a team of SOS led by Insp Rajpal Dabas comprising SI Ravinder Tawetia , ASI Devender, HC Wasik Ahmed, HC Dhremander, HC Ravinder , Ct Devender and Ct. Kusam Pal was constituted under the over all supervision of Sh. Udai Vir Singh Rathi, ACP/SOS./Crime Branch and a trap was laid at about 3.30 PM and accused Sabir Ali was apprehended from there.
INVESTIGATION
On enquiry, accused revealed that he visited Pakistan for the first time at the age of 15 years, as one of his sisters was married there. His father Noor Mohd was also found involved in smuggling of goods between India and Pakistan .During his stay in Dharam Pura Lahore with his father, Sabir Ali came in contact with One Aslam Katora of Lahore, who is suspected to be an ISI agent and on his direction he started smuggling Heroin from Pakistan via Samjhauta Express through passengers ( called SAWARI ). Aslam Katora was jailed in Rajasthan 10-15 years ago and was deported back to Pakistan in 2002. On 9.10.08 Sabir Ali got aPakistanvisa for Lahore for 90 days from Pakistan High Commission with the help of Aslam Katora and he started sending Heroin to India. On 26/01/2009, one such consignment of 14.5 Kg of Herion, being sent by Sabir Ali through passengers of Samjhauta Express was caught at Attari Border. Sabir Ali could not be arrested and remained untraceable .This time, he had entered India via Nepal, and trying to strengthen his network in Delhi and other parts of country.

Accused Sabir Ali was born at Kandhla (Muzaffar Nagar, U.P) on 16.03.74.Antecedents and previous involvements of the accused person are being verified.Customs officials have been informed of his arrest . Further investigation is being done to know about his network, and also about his links with ISI.

DESPERATE GANG OF ROBBERS CAUGHT. A BLIND CASE OF BRUTAL MURDER CUM ROBBERY OF PS MAHINDRAPARK WORKED OUT.
INTRODUCTION
With the arrest of five persons namely i) Bunty, aged 22 years s/oChampa Lal r/o Jhuggi cluster, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and presently residing at Suraj Park, Samay Pur Badli, Delhi, ii) Inderjeet, aged 20 years, S/o Mangal Singh r/o Distt. Saharsa, Bihar and presently vagabound of Village Bhadola, Delhi, iii) PaWAn Kumar @ Bichhu, aged 22 years S/o Late Sant Lal, r/o Distt. Khagdia Bihar, iv) Chandan, aged 22 years, S/o Promod r/o Distt. Patna Bihar and presently residing at Village Bhadola, Delhi, and v) Ravi @ Khokha, aged 20 years s/o Udai Raj r/o Village Dashai Pur Distt. Sultan Pur, U.P. and presently residing at Jhuggi of Azad Pur Subzi Mandi, Delhi, the North West District Police has solved a blind murder case of one Shiv Kumar Pandey, aged 35 years r/o Distt. Ghonda, U.P., who was working as Palledaar in Subzi Mandi, Azad Pur, Delhi. The Police team also recovered the weapon of offence from the accused persons.
INCIDENT & TEAM
On the night of 29.9.2009 at about 8.50 p.m. a PCR call was received in PS Mehendra Park that a person is lying in injured condition near railway track, behind shed No. 5, Azad Pur, Fruit Mandi. The injured was taken to BJRM hospital by PCR van, where he was declared brought dead by the doctors. In the meantime, the police officers of PS Mehendera Park also reached the hospital. The injured could not be identified despite best efforts. However, police team found that a tattoo was found on his right arm written as ‘Shiv Kumar Pandey’.
Immediately a Police team consisting of SI Madan Mohan, HCs Ved Prakash, Surender Kumar, Cts. Baljeet Singh and Rajesh led by Inspr. Jawahar Singh, SHO/PS Mehendera Park under the overall supervision of Sh. Hari Darshan, ACP/Shalimar Bagh was constituted to investigate the matter and to arrest the accused persons at the earliest.
INVESTIGATION
The investigation was taken up by the above said Police team and the deceased was identified as Shiv Kumar Pandey, a Palledar who was working at D-432, shop of ‘Adhati’ Sh. Siya Ram, a merchant of vegetables. During the course of investigation it was revealed that the deceased has taken Rs. 6,000/- from one of his colleague ‘Palledar’ names as Shiv Kumar Pandey for handing over the said money to one Ajay Kumar Pandey, who is resident of his native village for sending the money to his family. The Police team developed its intelligence and on the basis of secret information the above five accused persons were arrested, while they were planning and preparing to loot an apple merchant in the area of fruit mandi, Azad Pur on 1.10.2009.
INTERROGATION
During the course of sustained interrogation the accused Bunty, Inderjeet and Pawan @ Bichhu revealed that they alongwith their associate namely Pankaj @ Banmanus, who is absconding, robbed one persons on the night of 29.9.2009 in the evening, near railway track and looted Rs. 6000/- from him and also slit his throat by a dagger. On further sustained interrogation the three accused persons revealed that they all assembled near railway track when the deceased was to cross the railway track, they apprehended him and robbed Rs. 6000/- from the front pocket of his shirt and also slit his neck.
On their instance the Police team recovered the weapon of offence i.e. blood stained knife as well as a television set, which he purchased from the looted money and some other documents like visiting cards from the residence of Bunty. The gang members have also admitted to have committed robberies, pick pocketing in Subzi Mandi and nearby areas.
PROFILE
Bunty is a habitual robber and found involved in more than 4 cases of theft, hurt etc. Accused Chander is also found involved in a murder case of PS Adarsh Nagar.
RECOVERIES.
1.One blood stained dagger used in the commission of crime.
2.One country made pistol .315 bore.
3.One button actuated knife.
4.Red chilly powder.
5.Iron rod.
6.One colour TV with cash memo purchased by main accused Bunty from robbed money.

2 Auto Lifter cum Burglars Arrested : 3 Vehicle Recovered & 17 Cases Worked Out
With the arrest of (1) Gulshan S/O Chaman Lal r/o Village Khaira , Najafgarh , Delhi, and (2) Vipin s/o Som Nath Sharma r/o H.No. 188, D- Block , Gali No. 3 Prem Nagar , Najafgarh, Delhi, South west Distt. Police has busted a gang of auto lifter cun burglars and recovered three vehicles , jwellary and other computer parts and solved 17 cases of M.V. thefts and burglary.
Incident :
During the past few months a number of cases of auto lifting and burglary had taken place in the area of South West Distt. specially in the area of PS Najafgarh . In view of the instances of auto theft and burglary , a special team of officers of PS Najafgarh were deployed to identify and apprehend the culprits. On receiving a secret information a trap was laid near SAI BABA temple , police party tried to stop a Maruti van but the driver didn’t stop and tried to sped away but police party chased and stop the van. One of the accused Anil s/o Rajender Singh r/o Prem Nagar , Najafgarh , Delhi managed to escape while the other two were nabbed.
Investigation :
On sustained interrogation Gulshan and Vipin confessed their crime and on their instance three vehicles ( one Maruti Zen , one Indica , one Maruti ) ,gold and silver jewellary , computer parts , multimeter , 27 connected leads and 28 SIM cards of various mobile companies and two gas cylinders were recovered.
Further investigation is in progress and efforts are being done to arrest their associate and some more recoveries.
