Log In to Learn More at Find a Doctor

If you are covered by a health plan that uses The Alliance network, you can log into the Find a Doctor site.

Logging in lets you see the estimated costs of more than 70 procedures, which is a unique feature of Find a Doctor.

Start by going to and clicking Find a Doctor. Next, click the “Log In” button in the top right corner and then click “signup.” You will be asked to enter:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Your preferred password

This information lets us verify that your health plan uses The Alliance provider network. Only people served by The Alliance network can see cost estimates.

After logging in, you can search for cost information. When cost differences are significant, a green check mark sometimes appears to alert you to facilities with prices in the lowest 25 percent of all Alliance network providers. Red boxes alert you when a doctor’s office or clinic charges a “facility fee,” which is a fee added to the cost of seeing the doctor. Facility fees can range from $15 to hundreds of dollars and may not be covered by your health plan.

When prices are not listed, you always have the option to contact customer service to request a cost estimate. You can reach The Alliance Customer Service Team at 800.223.4139 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or by emailing .
