Course Description
Survey shows the most important skill for professionals is the ability to communicate well. Your professional or managerial success depends greatly on how effectively you communicate with your superiors, team members, subordinates and customers.
Since you need to communicate at work to share or present ideas, discuss projects, influence people and establish good relationships with others, it is crucial that serious attention has to be focused on improving your ability to communicate.
Another skill related to communication is interpersonal skill. It is important for your effectiveness to lead and to get things done with and through other people. This course aims to enhance your communication and interpersonal skills.

About Instructor
Ir. Halomoan Tambunan MBA, is a dynamic and high-impact speaker who has extensive training in the oil industry, manufacturing, banking sector and many more.
His graduated from University of Sebelas Maret, Solo in 1984 and received Master
Business in Administration from University of Santo Tomas in Manila, The Philippines in
1992.
His now one of our instructor and HR Consultant of LDI Training. Prior to his current position, he worked PT. Truba Jurong Engineering as HR Division Head. He has extensive experience in Human Resources Development working for large companies such as Bank Niaga, Bank Bali, Bank SBU, and HSBC.
Mr. Tambunan has in-depth expertise and experience in human resources management, people development and training. The knowledge he shares with his audience in classes is practical and relevant to today’s workplace.
As a well sought after trainer and consultant, he is also an lecturer in HR Management
Marketing Research at Graduate Program, Institute Bisnis Indonesia (IBII).
