Foreign Club Intent to Participate Form

USA Gymnastics is establishing an official notification to the National Federations as to all clubs from that NF that contacts us requesting participation in the 2009 International Sport and Cultural Festival.

  • The following Intent to Participate form must be submitted by international clubs interested in participating in the 2009 International Sport and Cultural Festival.
  • USA Gymnastics will utilize this information to send and an Official Invitation for each international club to the appropriate National Federation (NF).
  • Upon approval from the appropriate NF, we will proceed with the registration process.
