Stagecoach Group is a major UK rail operator, running the East Midlands Trains, South West Trains, and Island Line networks. It is also a partner in Virgin Rail Group, which operates the West Coast inter-city rail franchise. It also operates a major tram network in Sheffield.
We now have great opportunities for individuals with excellent customer service skills to join the Senior Conductor Teams based across East Midlands Trains.
These roles are responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of all Local services whilst also maximising revenue collection, ensuring the safety of all train crew and customers remains paramount at all times and providing a high level of customer service on all of our trains.
We are looking for individuals who pride themselves on ensuring our customers have a pleasant and friendly journey and who have a flexible approach to working hours.
Retail experience would also be advantageous.
Please note that these roles are safety critical positions therefore appointments for a medical assessment will be made subject to satisfactory completion of an Assessment Centre. Please note an element of the safety critical medical is satisfactory completion of a railway standard colour vision test.
