v Each unit should turn in a check to HOAC for the equivalent number of scouts being registered by December 6th along with a copy of the remittance form. Do Not Send Payment to the MB Forum Committee.
NOTE: Outside work will be required, attendance is not the only requirement to complete a class.
There are three 55 Minute class periods that run each of the three days of the forum. The first period begins at 1:00 PM, the second at 2:00 PM and the third at 3:00 PM. Each scout may take as many as three classes, no more than TWO Eagle required classes will be allowed. Not all of the classes in the list will be offered. We will guarantee the two Eagle choices, if the Scout is qualified. First priority will be assigned based upon date properly filled out form is received by the MB Forum Committee and then by seniority of current rank. Legibility and Completeness of information will count. Forms WILL NOT be processed without complete name, rank, unit # and phone or e-mail address. Scouts will get their 1 or 2 Eagle Required Choices, if they meet the prerequisites. Note that First Aid and CPR is a two hour class.
The Merit Badge Forum is a uniform event. Class A (this means khaki scout shirt and neckerchief) uniforms are required. Scouts not in proper uniform may be excluded from class. A SIGNED blue card is required at the first meeting of each class. Talk to the Class MB Counselor if you know you will be missing one or more of the classes to see what work will be needed to make up the missed time.

Not all of the badges above will be offered, though as many as possible will be. Scouts will not be allowed to take more than 2 Eagle Required badges. Plan your choices accordingly.
