The user is now assigned to the custom hierarchy.
If you want to assign a new user (not existing in Online Bill Reporting), the Online Administrator (or Authorised Representative) must first:
Go to Telstra Online Services, Registration & Enrolment page and create a Username/password or Digital Certificate for the new user.
Choose the appropriate notification options for the new user (if applicable).
Ensure the new user has access to Online Bill Reporting via the Update Product Access web page.
When the new user has completed registration, they will appear as an Unassigned user in the Search Hierarchy tab. They can then be assigned to the new hierarchy structure.
