Dear Community Member,

I am requesting your support on behalf of the Lower Dauphin Band Boosters. We are a non-profit organization that helps teach the children in our community the fundamentals of music, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Our Band Booster Association is currently selling advertising space in the Program for the 2014 Falconland Invitational. The Boosters also need to purchase Trophies to give out to the Falconland Invitational participants.

This annual invitational event will be held Saturday, February 22, 2014, at the Lower Dauphin High School. The show features indoor drumlines, color guards, twirlers and dancers, and draws hundreds of people locally! We are asking area businesses to purchase advertising space in our program or consider sponsoring a trophy. You will not only be promoting your business, but also teaching the children how our community works together to support one another.

The advertising in our professionally printed program is available at the following price options:

Full page (8½ x 11): $100.00

Half page (8½ x 5½): $60.00

Quarter page (3¾ x 5½): $40.00

Business card: $20.00

One-line greeting: $2.00

If you purchase an ad from a student, 50% of your advertising dollars go directly into that student’s band account! The students can use this money to pay for trips, band camp and other band fees.

DEADLINE FOR PROGRAM ADVERSTISEMENTS IS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2014.

If you choose to sponsor a trophy, your name will be printed in our program, as well as announced at the awards portion of the show. The cost to sponsor a trophy is as follows:

First Place: $30.00

Second Place: $25.00

Third Place: $20.00

TROPHY SPONSORSHIPS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2014.

If you are interested in purchasing advertising space within the Falconland Invitational program or sponsoring a trophy as part of this event, please complete the appropriate attached form and mail or return your form to the band member/parent listed.

Checks should be made out to LDBB.

The boosters provide both financial and functional support to the many musical ensembles and performing groups of the Lower Dauphin School District.
