4.Taking part in Festival participant receive Pavilion / Stand with the following standards:

  • exposing stall (length: 2,5m) with inner shelves with arch at the top for a sign-board with a company logo
  • place (on the stall) for a picture of vineyard / winery / establishment or a different photo or graphic element characteristic of participant
  • store shelves to present participant’s articles
  • wine glasses or different instruments to present products
  • proper conditions to preserve and exhibit products that require cooling

5.Company logo and picture / graphic element, which is to be placed on the stand, must be send in the electronic way (jpg or pdf files).

6.The stand will stay open during the working hours of the shopping centre.

7.Admission to Pavilion is 300 Euro net. The final invoice will be written just after receiving payment. Payment can be settled in two possible ways:

a)by money transfer into organizer’s account:

b)net amount will be paid by participant’s products in the equivalence of 300 Euro net. Festival participant present the price list to the organizer on purpose of choosing products in order to pay for the Pavilion. Participants send chosen products at his own expense to the organizer’s store.

8.Participant provides advertising and informational materials about his company
and products.

9.In case of absence of participant’s representative the Pavilion will be served by
a person assigned by organizer (the fee will be 200 Euro for the festival period). If a Participant leaves the stand before the end of the festival.

10.Participant can order Pavilion marked with his company name and hired service.

11.Participants who make full payment by money transfer provide products for sale
and tasting. Beer, wine and spirit products can be sold on a dedicated stand only.Selling such products directly from the exhibitor’s stand without obtaining prior permits shall be penalized by a fee amounting to Euro 2500 gross.The Participant shall pay such fee within 7 days as of the end of the festival without being requested to do so.

12.The fee for the stand should be paid 40 days before the beginning of the festival at the latest. The resignation from the participation after this time limit will result in paying 50% of the expenses – 7 days after the end of the festival at the latest. The resignation from the participation of less than 7 days before the beginning of the festival – 100% of the expenses must be paid 7 days after the end of the festival at the latest.

13.Cost of fare, hotel rooms and stay in Poland is at participant’s expense.

14.The signature of the agreement of participation may be sent by post or by e-mail. All these ways of expedition are equally legally binding.
