Project experience includes preliminary route feasibility study for ExxonMobil Blue Ocean Energy. I compiled books of maps showing prospective line routes and ownership color coded by owner. I have copies of these books for examples of my workmanship. This is a 20 mile off shore floating gas terminal to supply the state of New Jersey. The investigation of mineral titlein West Texas and projectfeasibility for leasing. In 2007 I completed a pipeline assignment from BP to Centurion Pipeline spanning Central Oklahoma through Western New Mexico. I worked with Union Pacific Railroad and the Bureau of Land Management in obtaining consent for assignment. On this project I dealt closely with the client and assignee. I am experienced in other aspects of right-of-way in obtaining survey permitting on new construction of an Enterprise Pipeline in Cooke, Denton and Wise County, Texas, and others. I have worked on several BP projects for maintenance, clearing and anomaly digs. I am experienced in survey and roadway permitting, easement acquisition, negotiations, landowner agreements for construction workspace, payment of surface damages such as crops, fences and roadways for construction, clearing & maintenance operations, certified title, pipeline route design, and mapping.

Started in Cottle County, Texas as Field Land Man and upon completion of this project I transferred to an Oklahoma prospect where I was promoted soon after arrival to Project Manager over a newly acquired prospect in North Texas. I was in supervision of a 20 person crew of imagers, title and leasing agents. Upon completion I transferred to a prospect in progress in Woodruff County, Arkansas.
