All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion and possible board action with regard to the following items:

(a)  Minutes of the June 17, 2013 regular board meeting;

(b)  Activity Fund Report for June 2013;

(c)  Treasurer’s Report for June 2013;

(d)  General Fund warrants #1163-1184 for the school year 2012/13;

(e)  Purchase order changes for the school year 2012/13.

(f)  General Fund purchase orders #1-85 and payroll purchase orders for the school year 2013/14;

(g)  General Fund warrants #1-26 for the school year 2013/14;

(h)  Child Nutrition Fund purchase orders #1-4 and payroll purchase orders for the school year 2013/14;

(i)  Child Nutrition Fund warrant #1 for the school year 2013/14;

(j)  Purchase order changes for the school year 2013/14

3.  Discussion and possible board action on milk bids for the school year 2013/14.

7.  Discussion and possible board action on participation in the Oklahoma Association Serving Impacted Schools (OASIS) for the school year 2013/14.

8.  Discussion and possible board action concerning revision of school calendar for the school 2013/14.

9.  Discuss compliance with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA).

10. Proposed executive session to discuss the following:

Possible hiring of a paraprofessional for the school year 2013/14;

Possible hiring of a classroom teacher’s aide for the school year 2013/14;

Possible hiring of a part-time certified teacher for the school year 2013/14;

Possible setting of superintendent’s salary for the school year 2013/14;

Possible acceptance of letter of resignation from Kisa Castleberry, Teacher;

Possible hiring of a certified teacher for the school year 2013/14;

Possible approval of employee contracts for the school year 2013/14.

Possible amendment of special duty contracts for the school year 2013/14.

Possible hiring of substitutes for the school year 2013/14.
