Hub Adult Associate Support Coordinator
The requirements are weighted between 1 and 5 to reflect their importance. Those rated

- are essential but there is some scope for development over a short timescale,
- are essential and we would expect the candidate to show they could be used with minimum need to adjust,

each candidate is then given a score of 0 to 5 for each requirement based upon how well they meet it with 0 being not met; 1 being barely met; 2 being partially met; 3 being halfway to meeting; 4 being nearly met; to 5 being fully met .
