ALTER TRADING CORPORATION
Manager Meeting Reminders & Additional Information
Managers, please be reminded that anytime we get together for either business and/or leisure, there are certain standards of conduct and obligations that must be followed.
1. Meetings have been planned for your benefit. Therefore, please arrive at all meetings on time and prepared to participate. Please turn off all Cell Phones and Pagers. If it is absolutely necessary for critical business purposes to leave the devices “on”, then please set them to the silent or vibrate mode. Please plan to remain in the meetings at all times until a scheduled break.
2. Scheduled leisure activities have been carefully planned for your recreation and to promote teamwork. Please plan to arrive on time and participate as scheduled.
3. Professionalism is expected of everyone at all times. You represent the Company and what it stands for each and every time you make a decision. Your conduct as it relates to your fellow employees and others is always expected to be at the highest level of professionalism. Alter Trading Corporation’s guiding principal is to act legally, ethically, honestly and morally at all times.
4. Personal time spent outside of Company scheduled activities is your time and not considered to be within your “scope of employment”. Please be careful and act responsibly, particularly given that we will be outside of the United States, the crime rate in Mexico is somewhat elevated and the Mexican authorities may be less tolerant of any unruly behavior.
5. Attached to this memo are some key contact numbers and information you may wish to keep with you while in Mexico.
Thanks for your corporation.

CEO
When you enter Mexico the National Immigration Service will give you a tourist card, while in Mexico you must have that document with you at all times. We recommend you to leave your passport, airline tickets and other values at the safe deposit box of your hotel. If for any reason you lose your visa, you have to go to the following office to request a new one in order you can leave the country, take your passport and plane tickets with you:
