Per yard price for "Install New Carpet" includes all labor, materials, and overhead required to perform "complete carpet installation" in accordance with Attachment #3 "Carpet Installation Specifications". "Complete carpet installation" includes all of the tasks outlined in Attachment #3, " except" removal/disposal of existing carpet and cove base and installation of new cove base.

3. Hourly rates for miscellaneous work other than carpet installation specified in Item 1

above. This would apply to cove base removal, and floor prep. *
