My position at UDR is to write technical training curriculum as well as facilitate technical training sessions from created or out-sourced materials. Sessions are designed in both facilitation and computer based formats for service managers and their service teams at 86 UDR communities across the United States. In addition, my role is as a consultant across the nation to support each of the six areas with annual meetings, troubleshooting and assisting with solutions. Technical training includes: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Material Safety Data Sheets, and any other technical topic needed for maintaining apartment communities.

The distributorships I was responsible for were all within the Eastern portion of Texasranging from Oklahoma to the Mexican border as well as Western Louisiana.
