To increase my revenue I am going to work on / improve:

Quality and number of my Leads (opportunities)

❏Building alliances (1 new quality one per month, from 3 contacted)

❏Making (name of an alliance) a success story for me with a sponsored seminar in February

❏Review my “offers” to alliances

❏Attend at least 2 different networking groups per month, and gather contacts and potential alliances

❏Build up my database by an additional 20 names

Conversion rate:

❏Be very prepared for each call (carry out the proper prep process and steps)

❏Focus on being the expert in the meeting

❏If I believe I can help this business, assume the sale and help them take the next step

❏All my quotes out within the same day of meetings, and called the very next day

❏Follow up on all my sales, no matter how long since I first saw them and using the task system in the CRM to manage this (and make me more efficient)

Existing clients:

❏Make sure we talk to all of our clients at least once this quarter (notes added to client note area)

❏Help my clients achieve better results, strengthen the relationship:

❏Helping them this quarter with a single strategy for each in at least 3 of the 5 P’s (eg. Promotion: SEM; Persuasion: add additional call to action, and make their points of difference - stand out; Productivity: trigger campaign set up to help their conversion rate, and Persistence: set up trigger campaigns for clients birthdays (and one to get clients to give them their birthdays)

❏Promote one client per quarter - Company blog and social media

❏As a result we will also ask and

❏get min 2 client testimonials per month

❏get min 1 success story per quarter

❏achieve 2 new client referrals per month (which I will encourage /ask clients to do so)

Operations:

❏Do whatever it takes to keep all my projects within 6 weeks

❏Set up all clients on Google Analytics, Webmaster tools, Google for business and input them into at least 4 directories

Areas of my business I am going to master these three months?

❏Industry knowledge (Focus on learning more about an area each month. January Google Analytics, February Ecommerce, March SEO changes)

❏Product knowledge (review one product / tool I am not familiar with each month) - Membership Manager; Donations, Fundraiser

❏make sure all non project calls are noted in the client notes area

❏Use the CRM 100%

❏Less planning / admin / set up and more doing (I wish to get past the “setting up the business” mode and into working the business full time)
