Timeline:

·  Submission forms will be available from the MPSA website on Apr. 8, 2016

·  Submission deadline is May 30, 2016

·  Within two weeks of submission: A member of the awards judging panel will follow up with you to clarify any unclear points and contact any provided references.

·  The judging panel will choose category winners by Jul. 20, 2016

Section 1: Core Capability - Extent of Proposition – 25%

1.  List the scope and depth of your MPS offerings.

2.  Explain complete client engagement process from beginning to end as it applies to each of your offerings.

Section 2: Problem Solving – 25%

1. Summarize the ROI achieved in the execution of your solution for your customers.

2. Summarize your ongoing program improvement plan and how it benefits customers.

3. Summarize the metrics established to grow and improve your customers’ businesses.

3.  Describe the review process used to ensure the objectives for your customers’ managed print services are being met.

Section 3: Differentiation – 50%

1. What makes you solutions stand apart from the standard or typical MPS delivery in your region?

2. Are there any processes, technology, Marketing, or sales concepts that help to differentiate your solutions?

3. Do you have any IP around your solutions that have been patented, or in the process of being patented? If so, list the areas.
