RESOLUTION NO. 17-2014

INTRODUCED BY: MAYOR ANN MARIE DONEGAN AND

COUNCIL AS A WHOLE

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING COMMENDATION, APPRECIATION AND HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS TO ERIC REINHART UPON HIS RECOGNITION AS AN EAGLE SCOUT

WHEREAS, Eric Reinhart is a member of Boy Scout Troop 201 and a resident of North Ridgeville; and

WHEREAS, Eric Reinhart’s Eagle Scout Project involved the construction of the Stations of the Cross which included 14 stations with the cross pattern he designed. The crosses are treated wood wrapped in cedar with a roof made of layered cedar shingles molded by hand at St. Mary Catholic Church in Olmsted Falls; and

WHEREAS, as a result of his efforts Eric Reinhart has earned recognition as an Eagle Scout; and

WHEREAS, Eagle Scouts emulate the qualities of Scouting and community involvement that make this country great; and

WHEREAS, this Council wishes to commend and congratulate Eric Reinhart on his outstanding achievements. Now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OLMSTED FALLS, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT:

SECTION 1. This Council, on behalf of the entire administration and the employees and residents of the City of Olmsted Falls, commends and congratulates Eric Reinhart upon his recognition as an Eagle Scout.

SECTION 2. The Mayor, Ann Marie Donegan, be and she is hereby requested to cause a fully executed duplicate of this Resolution to be presented to Eric Reinhart at an appropriate occasion, and the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to file the original hereof in the Journals of Council.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the earliest time allowed by law.
