Overview ofShaleComm West:
ShaleComm West was held April 22-23 in Denver, CO. It is the only event in the west dedicated to the remote and rural environment communications and information technology needs of the shale market, attracting hundreds of communications professionals. This year’s agenda focusedon hybrid opportunities, emerging technologies, disaster recovery/emergency management, communications via fiber optics and more.
The two-day programincluded keynotes, breakout sessions, with a networking reception the first evening and networking breakfasts and lunches on both days. All sessions were led by panels of experts and included ample time for questions at the end of each session.
Theexhibit floor was held onsite during the conferenceallowing opportunities to visit with companies and investigate new products and services.
The registration fee, conference materials, access to the networking events, expo floor and all meals and breaks during the event were complimentary to the speakers of the event.

Speaking Opportunity:

During the conference, I was able to attend numerous sessions and learn from seasoned veterans in the field. I focused on attending sessions that directly relate to my role at company nameand am eager to apply what I learned to current projects and initiatives.

Overall Summary:
As a speaker and as a participant, I am very pleased with my experience at ShaleComm West and feelthe investmentin attending was well worth it.In addition to giving exposure to <company name> as an industry expert, I was able to learn new solutions and strategies that can be implemented within our organization. It was valuable insight that I would not have obtained anywhere else.

The conference was well-organized and the other speakers provided candid opinions on the subject matter at hand, making the information extremely valuable. The exhibit floor provided a friendly, informative place to meet with vendors and view their products and services.
Overall, it was a great event and Ihope to attend again as a speaker or an attendee.
