Can I use pictures from Facebook or other social networking websites?

- It is not recommended that you use these types of photos, because the resolution is too small. Although the image will appear large enough on your computer screen, most Facebook-sized images only print out at approximately 1.5 inches by 2 inches. If you are determined to use a Facebook image, have it printed up as a hard copy and submit that; we can guarantee the level of image quality that you have on your hard copy.

Can I use pictures taken with my cell phone?

- Just like the problem with Facebook images, your cell phone pictures are dependent upon the quality of the phone's camera. Usually a phone camera that is 5 megapixels or greater will produce the proper resolution needed for print. We will have to analyze files taken with a camera that has a megapixel number that is less than 5. As mentioned in the previous question though, if you print a hard copy, we can match that quality and use that image.
