Focus Builders provide residential and commercial construction service in the Central Florida market. Our home office is located in Orlando, Florida. We specialize in interior alterations and build-outs and also do small ground-up commercial projects.

The History

Lino Cervino, President and Owner have been a General Contractor since 2001. He founded Focus Builders in January, 2002. Mr. Cervino’s educational background is filled with a high level of education that includes a Civil Engineering of Bachelors’ Degree at Federal University of Bahia, Brazil, Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree at Orlando College – Orlando, Florida. Mr. Cervino’s has over 20 years of experience that covers a broad range of new construction and renovation projects, including assistant project manager at Sandy Lake Towers between 1993 and 1995 ($30Million), auto repair shops, schools, hair salons, hotels, warehouses, offices, restaurants, condominiums and retail facilities in Orlando, Florida. He also participated in several large projects in , Brazil such as a 120,000 sq.ft. retail Center and several new commercial and residential construction projects.
