/ Mr Nelson Lam
Nelson is a practising CPA with his own CPA and consulting firms. He has extensive experience in speaking and advising on the application of IFRS and HKFRS. He is currently Chairman of Accounting Development Foundation, Immediate Past President of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors, and Council member of the HKICPA. Together with some renowned US and HK professors, he wrote several IFRS and auditing books. He is also a columnist on financial analysis in a magazine.

(i)it is announced that tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 is likely to be hoisted; or

(ii)the warning signal no. 8 or above is hoisted; or

(iii)black rainstorm warning signal is issued.
