Elementary Wrestling Tournament
Date: Saturday, January 23rd, 2010
Weigh-ins: At your dual on Friday (Weigh-in sheet signed by administrator) or 7:30am in Reyburn Wrestling Room.
Weights:59, 65, 71, 77, 83, 89, 95, 101, 107, 113, 119, 125, 132, 162
Format:This will be an individual double-elimination style tournament. Individual awards will be given for the top three place winners in each weight. Team awards will be given to the two highest scoring teams. Upper and Lower weight MOW awards will be voted on by the coaches at the conclusion of the tournament.
Additionally, 7 mats and CSOA officials will be used for this year’s tournament.
A full snack bar will be available throughout the day.

Eligibility:All athletes currently in grades 4-6 who are eligible to participate in elementary athletics for the 2009-2010 season. (4th graders may not wrestle in the 162 weight class per CUSD regulations)

Athletes will be seeded as closely as possible. No substitutions or additions will be made after January 21st. Only scratches will be allowed on the tournament day. No reseeding will be done.
