Position Overview
Reporting to the S.O.SAdvisor, the Team Leader is responsible for recruiting and ministering to the Life Coach Team of women. The Team Leader will also oversee and training her team in the role of Biblical Life Coaching.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare and monitor the educational development of the Life Coaches
- Provide encouragement and support for the Life Coaches
- Meet regularly with SOS Advisorand the Network of Ministries Team Leader (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)
- Life CoachTeam Leader must attend a minimum of:
- Two (2) Leadership Courses per year
- Two (2) Bible Studies per year
- Four (4) Java Chats per year
- All of the Lunch and Learns
- In conjunction with Advisor, forecast the needs of each event for the upcoming year no later than October 30 of the current year.
- Communicate all progress to SOSAdvisorby email on a monthly basis (unless otherwise requested)
- Present ideas, changes, recommendations, etc to Advisor for approval
Requirements
- A growing and active walk with Jesus Christ as your Lord
- Previous experience in the direction/supervision of people
- A willingness to work with budgeting, forecasting and communication
- Ability to work well with volunteers and in a fast paced, changing environment
- Desire to minister to women of all walks of life in any way deemed necessary.
- Must be a member of Springboro Baptist Church and in good standing.
