Adding Contacts to an ISS Application – for Centre Based & Home Based Services

Steps / Actions
1 / Click the Primary Contacts tab.

2 / Click the New button. A new screen will open

3 / Fill out the all fields below with the most approprate contact at your child care service e.g. Director.
Select the persons title from the dropdown menu.

4 / To add a phone number to the contact click the glyph a new window will open.

5 / Click the New button. A new box will open. Enter the phone number and phone type from the dropdown list. You can also check the tick box if the number is silent or unlisted and enter any relevant comments e.g. contact only works Monday-Wednesday.
Click OK. The box will close.

A new box will open displaying the contact number you have just entered. You can edit, delete or add a new number to this contact from here.
Remember to Click Save if you make any changes.
Click OK or to close the box.

6 / You will be returned to the view below. Click Save

7 / Note: Repeat Steps 2-6 to attach additional contacts to the application.
8 / Note: If you add more than one contact for the application the first person you enter will be saved as the primary contact. You can amend this by ticking the tick box indicated below for the entry you wish to be ticked as ‘primary’.

9 / Edit the entry as required . Click Save
10 / Once you have entered all the contacts that are relevant to the application you can go back and edit, delete and amend from the view below or by clicking into Primary Contacts tab and selecting the record you want and then click edit.

11 / Nagivate to the Primary Notes tab.
