RESOLUTION 2016-55: Approval of Change Order # 1 Linden Street Paving Project # 203054. Install one (1) additional concrete stoop, 4 additional handrails, and an additional 570 sf of asphalt walkways.

RESOLUTION 2016-56: Approval of Change Order # 2 Linden Street Paving Project # 203054 of two (2) additional concrete stoops without railings.

RESOLUTION 2016-57: Approval of Change Orders #11 and 12 at Seabeds Way including framing repairs at door entrances and electric strikes to complete job.

RESOLUTION 2016-58: Awarding a contract for Roof Replacement at 15-17 and 25-27 Chambers Street to the lowest responsible bidder, J&I Construction Inc. of Rockland MA and authorizing the Executive Director to sign the contract.

RESOLUTION 2016-59: Approving the minutes of the August 18, 2016 Regular Meeting

RESOLUTION 2016-60: Authorizing the Executive Director to sign the Certificate of Substantial Completion for Asphalt Services Inc. for the Paving project at Linden Street (667) Development , DHCD FISH #203054.

RESOLUTION 2016-61: Be it resolved by the Commissioners of the Needham Housing Authority approve payment of the bill roll/check roll listed on the Warrant dated September 15, 2016

MOTION TO SUSPEND THE NHA REGULAR MEETING:

Suspending the NHA Regular Meeting to convene the High Rock Homes LLC meeting.
