TAKE notice that pursuant to section 10 of the Boxing and Martial Arts Act 2000, Michael John Wright, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing and the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Boxing and Martial Arts Act 2000 is committed, has approved the rules applicable to the conduct of Boxing SA events to commence operation on 12 November 2002.

The rules of Boxing SA events are set out below.

Notice of Rules of World Taekwondo Federation (WTF)

TAKE notice that pursuant to section 10 of the Boxing and Martial Arts Act 2000, Michael John Wright, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing and the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Boxing and Martial Arts Act 2000 is committed, has approved the rules applicable to the conduct of Taekwondo Australia events to commence operation on 12 November 2002.

The rules of Taekwondo Australia events are set out below.

BUILDING WORK CONTRACTORS ACT 1995

Exemption

TAKE notice that, pursuant to section 45 of the Building Work Contractors Act 1995, I, Michael John Atkinson, Minister for Consumer Affairs, do hereby exempt the licensee named in Schedule 1 from the application of Division 3 of Part 5 of the above Act in relation to domestic building work described in Schedule 2 and subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

Schedule 2

Domestic building work performed by the licensees in the construction of three two-storey townhouses at the property described as Allotments 100, 101 and 102, 18 Franklin Parade, Victor Harbor.

Schedule 3

1.The licensee must, prior to commencement of the building works, effect an amendment to the contracts between the licensee and the property owner(s) such that Holcon Australia Pty Ltd will not transfer its interest in the townhouse on Lot 100 prior to the date of completion of the building work, or within five years of its completion, without the authorisation of the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs.

2.The licensee must, prior to commencement of the building works, effect an amendment to the contract between the licensee and the property owner(s) such that the latter are required to inform prospective purchasers of the properties that a policy of building indemnity insurance has not been issued in respect of the properties.

3.The licensee must, prior to commencement of the works, effect an amendment to the contract between the licensee and the property owner(s) such that the licensee is required to arrange and pay for independent building inspections on each property at completion and provide certificates of same to the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs, and any existing prospective purchasers of the properties.

4.The licensee must, prior to commencement of the building works, provide a copy of amended contracts between the licensee and the property owner(s) to the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs.

5.That the licensee, prior to commencement of the building works, effect an amendment to provide a copy of the contract between the licensee and the property owner(s) such that a certified copy of this Certificate of Exemption is to be provided to each party who purchased a property from the property owner.

CROWN LANDS ACT 1929: SECTION 5

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Crown Lands Act 1929, I JOHN HILL, Minister for Environment and Conservation, Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Crown Lands Act 1929 is committed DO HEREBY resume the land defined in The Schedule.

Community Reserve, allotment 3 of Deposited Plan No. 26088, Town of Whyalla, Hundred of Randell, County of York, the notice of which was published in the Government Gazette of 24 March 1994 at page 792, The Third Schedule, being the whole of the land contained in Crown Record Volume 5752 Folio 733.

CROWN LANDS ACT 1929: SECTION 5

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Crown Lands Act 1929, I JOHN HILL, Minister for Environment and Conservation, Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Crown Lands Act 1929 is committed DO HEREBY:

1. Vary the proclamation as described in The First Schedule by declaring that Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia as defined in The First Schedule shall cease to be under the care, control and management of The Electricity Trust of South Australia and by further declaring that the said Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia shall be under the care, control and management of Generation Lessor Corporation subject to Lease 9264959.

2. Vary the notice as described in The Second Schedule by declaring that Reserve for The Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia as defined in The Second Schedule shall cease to be under the care, control and management of The Electricity Trust of South Australia and by further declaring that the said Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia shall be under the care, control and management of Generation Lessor Corporation subject to Lease 9264959.


3. Vary the proclamation as described in The Third Schedule by declaring that Reserve for Aerodrome Purposes as defined in The Third Schedule shall cease to be under the care, control and management of The Electricity Trust of South Australia and by further declaring that the said Reserve for Aerodrome Purposes shall be under the care, control and management of Generation Lessor Corporation subject to Lease 9264959.

4. Vary the proclamation as described in The Fourth Schedule by declaring that Cemetery Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia as defined in The Fourth Schedule shall cease to be under the care, control and management of The Electricity Trust of South Australia and by further declaring that the said Cemetery Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia shall be under the care, control and management of Generation Lessor Corporation subject to Lease 9264959.

The First Schedule

Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia, section 1290, Out of Hundreds (Copley), the proclamation of which, together with other land was published in the Government Gazette of 27 October 1983 at page 1212, The Second Schedule, and amended by notice published in the Government Gazette of 20 March 1986 at page 644, being the whole of the land contained in Crown Record Volume 5550 Folio 682.

The Second Schedule

Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia, section 373, Out of Hundreds (Copley), the notice of which was published in the Government Gazette of 20 March 1986 at page 644, The Second Schedule, being the whole of the land contained in Crown Record Volume 5550 Folio 680.

The Third Schedule

Reserve for Aerodrome Purposes, section 1289, Out of Hundreds (Copley), the proclamation of which was published in the Government Gazette of 27 October 1983 at page 1212, The Fourth Schedule, being the whole of the land contained in Crown Record Volume 5550 Folio 683.

The Fourth Schedule

Cemetery Reserve for the Purposes of The Electricity Trust of South Australia, section 390, North Out of Hundreds (now Out of Hundreds—Copley), the proclamation of which was published in the Government Gazette of 8 October 1959 at page 872.
